| The Board of Directors and its Executive Committee manages the affairs of the corporation by formulating and determining policies for the administration and development of the corporation. BBIF Board members represent financial institutions, community development entities, and small businesses. The board consists of five people and is led by a chairperson elected prior to the start of each fiscal year. |

| The Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF) has strategically assembled a comprehensive slate of business, civic and political leaders who are making a significant impact on the Central Florida business community, to lend their expertise to the efforts to drive Black businesses in the area. Their experience and insight provides a valuable resource for the organization and its clients. Many of the organization's programs are fostered by the insight and support of this body, providing a direct additional benefit of participation in the BBIF's programs. |

| Commissioner Lynum was elected to the Orlando City Council in April 1998. Her primary focus is quality of life through sustainable neighborhoods for residents in District 5 and the City of Orlando. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. |

Mr. Ledbetter serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors. |
