Loan Fund

Provides loans to qualified stage 1 existing Black owned businesses.

The Black Business Loan Fund (BBLP) loan amounts are $10,000 - $100,000.

Micro Loan
Fund

Provide funds to stage 0, small and minority owned businesses.

The Micro Loan Fund loan amounts are $5,000 - $50,000.

Contract Financing
Loan Fund

Provides loans to minority businesses with acceptable contracts.

The Contract Financing Loan Fund loan amounts are $10,000 -$100,000

BBIF’s Financial Technical Assistance services are designed to provide client firms with intensive  management assistance and lead them to secure the best possible financing for their businesses.

ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING

BBIF’s highly trained lending staff will meet with any business owner to provide tailored and focused advice specific to their business. Appointments are required; attendance of an orientation is a pre-requisite.

 

BUSINESS ORIENTATIONS

The orientation service is designed to provide business owners information about BBIF services. Business owners speak directly with BBIF lending staff. All qualifications, documentation, etc. necessary to get a business loan are discussed in detail. Orientations are held twice a month; at 5:00 p.m. the second Tuesday and at 12:00 Noon on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the BBIF office which is located at  301 East Pine Street, Suite 175, Orlando, FL 32801. ROUNDTABLE OF BUSINESS OWNERS

The BBIF roundtables allow business owners to meet monthly in a group setting with other business owners and the BBIF Technical Assistance Team.  The roundtables deliver measurable impact as the business owners’ management skills are enhanced, strengthened, and improved. Business owners are also supported in this training by BBIF’s team of mentors, called a Maverick Business. The Maverick Business is a larger, successful business owner.


Minority Business Institute of the BBCFC

 

The Minority Business Institute of the BBCFC, a 501(c)3 is designed to provide assistance and support to minority businesses that are trying to expand their networking relationships for increased contract opportunities.  BBCFC’s Networking and Opportunity Outreach services are designed to assist the business owners to grow their business by expanding their business relationships, client base, contracting opportunities and knowledge of new and relevant industry information.
