Direct Loans
Direct Loans are available to qualified Black business owners who wish to borrow between $5,000 and $75,000.

Guaranteed Loans
Guaranteed Loans are available to qualified Black business owners who are borrowing more than $75,000. The BBIF can provide loan guarantees of up to 75% of loan total or a maximum of $200,000.

Facilitated Loans
Facilitated Loans are available to Black, Minority, Woman-owned and small business clients who are bankable with mainstream commercial lenders but need assistance with introductions and brokering the loan deal. BBIF assists and counsels clients in completing all of the application documents necessary for loan approval with a commercial bank.

Partnership Loans
BBIF is a partner agency for the following loans programs listed below. BBIF assists and counsels clients in completing the loan request and application. Such partnership loans are available to Black, Minority and Women- owned businesses located in the Central Florida area.

Innovative Bank - Loan amounts of $5,000-$50,000
SBA Express Loan - Loan amounts of $5,000 - $50,000
Accion Small Business Loan - Loan amounts of $500 - $25,000

Small Business Administration Loans BBIF is an intermediary for the Small Business Administration (SBA). SBA loans, up to $2,000,000, are available to Black, Minority, Women- owned, and small businesses located in the Central Florida area. BBIF will package the deal, submit it to the SBA and get SBA’s guarantee commitment and then find a bank to provide the loan.
